No — like any solid timber board, dishwashers (heat + water + detergent) will shorten its life. A quick hand-wash and dry is best. With normal care these boards are built to last for many years.
Just hand-wash, wipe dry, and stand it upright for airflow. Every now and then you can wipe on a little food-safe board oil or wax if it starts to look dry — it only takes a minute. Each board also comes with a small care card with a couple of simple tips to keep it looking its best.
Same overall size and features, but the timber mix and grain vary — every board is unique.
Approx 500 × 300 × 40 mm, around 4.5 kg. It’s a proper heavy board that stays put on the bench — great for everyday chopping or serving.
We usually ship next business day from the Gold Coast. Australia Post delivery is typically 2–5 business days depending on location. Noah will email you the tracking details as soon as it ships.

Noah is a 17-year-old woodworker on the Gold Coast who has basically turned the family workshop into his second home. What started as mucking around with timber a few years ago has turned into a full-blown obsession.
Over the last four years he’s taught himself everything the hard way — building, stuffing it up, rebuilding it better, watching YouTube, upgrading tools, and spending long days (and plenty of weekends) perfecting his craft. Chopping boards are just the start — he’s made coffee tables, benches, bedside tables, live-edge pieces… if it’s made of timber, he’s probably had a crack at it.
Every board is glued, shaped, sanded and finished by hand by Noah himself. No factory shortcuts. No mass production. Just solid hardwood, a lot of patience, and a teenager who genuinely loves what he does.
